Make-Up #31- Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve

STEPS:

` 1. Wash your face and pat dry.
2. Next apply a foundation that best matches your skin tone.
3. Apply a black eyeshadow to your eyelid, concentrate on the outer part of your eyelid. Even distribute it with your pinky.
4. Then apply the same black eyeshadow, very light and thin, under your eye (under your bottom eyelashes. Put your finger directly below bottom lashes and thats where you put it). It should'nt be very noticible from affar, but when you look up close, you can see it.
5. Apply a thin line of liquid eyeliner to your top eyeline, thicker towards the outer corners.
6. Apply a thin line of eyeliner to the bottom wetline.
7. Apply a light orange blush to the apples of your cheeks. Then apply a light pink over the orange. The best way to apply the eyeshadow is to smile.
8. Apply 2 coats of mascara on the top and bottom lashes.
9. Apply a light pink, almost nude lipgloss, to your lips.
